Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days from the delivery date. Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In original packaging and condition

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 14 business-day return period
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Items damaged intentionally
  • Returns sent without prior approval from our team
  • Refused shipments due to customs issues

Damaged or Missing Items

Damaged Items

To request a refund for a damaged item, please provide all of the following:

  • Order number
  • Invoice
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if available)

Refunds are issued based on the extent of damage. Reshipment is not available.

Missing Items

To report missing items, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Invoice
  • Photos of all received items
  • Photos of the packaging (if available)

Refund requests may be denied if verification is not possible.


Return Process

  1. Contact customer support to request a return.
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back.
  3. Ship the item and provide tracking details within 7 days of approval.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed after the returned item arrives and passes inspection. You may choose one of the following options:

Store Credit (Points)

Issued immediately upon refund approval.

Original Payment Method

Processing time: 2–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a customer reason (e.g., change of mind), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund — even for orders that originally shipped for free.

If the refund amount becomes negative after deduction, the customer may be required to cover the difference.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
  • We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier with tracking.
  • Refunds may be denied if the return does not meet our policy requirements.
